Besa was my grandmothers name she passed away this summer and I’m so happy I can honor her in such a big way since she left such a big impact on me my whole life. Losing her has been heartbreaking and I’m proud to name my business after her and I hope to give anyone that comes in contact with me and my business the same love, respect, and care she always showed me. Besa in Albanian translates to “faith” “word of honor” and “to keep a promise” and I will take pride in doing that the whole step of the way. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES By booking an appointment for services with Besa Hair Co LLC, you accept and agree to bound by services and cancellation policy (the "Services and Cancellation Policy"). To facilitate smooth booking and cancellations of appointments made, we do require a credit card on file when booking your appointment. By accepting and agreeing to our Services and Cancellation Policy, you authorize Besa Hair Co to charge a cancellation fee to your credit card on file, as set forth below. SERVICES AND CANCELLATION POLICY your appointment is very important to us and we strive to provide every client the time and attention that you deserve. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require schedule adjustments. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations: Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you. Appointments made with Besa Hair Co means that we've reserved space specifically for you. Appointment dates for services help us to make sure that clients don't miss the opportunity to receive services. A cancellation or request to reschedule your appointment made less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service amount. Any missed appointments or "no-shows" will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late cancellations, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "no-show" and your credit card on file will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. Late Appointments: Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Right to Refuse Service: The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes, lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illnesses (such as a new, continuous cough or fever), or rude behavior. Thank you for your understanding. Waiver: No waiver by the studio of any of the terms of this Services and cancellation Policy shall be effective unless explicitly set forth in writing and signed by the Studio. No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power or privilege arising from this Services and Cancellation Policy shall operate or be construed as a waiver there of, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.
